Shipping policy

This English version is a reading aid only; the German version remains the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
All prices are net prices in euros and are exclusive of statutory VAT. The shipping costs are shown in the cart before you order.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Austria and to Germany. Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Lannach near Graz. Anything ordered by 10 a.m. is ready for dispatch on the same day.
Self-collection
You can also collect your order yourself from our warehouse, Doblerstraße 2, 8502 Lannach. To do so, select collection at the checkout; it is free of charge. Anything ordered by 10 a.m. is ready within three hours. We will get in touch as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Shipping costs
We ship in parcels of up to 8 kg. If your order weighs more, we split it into several parcels and the shipping costs rise accordingly. From eight parcels, that is from 56 kg, the consignment goes on a pallet.

From a goods value of 5,000 EUR net, we deliver with free shipping.
Delivery
We ship as soon as the ordered goods are ready. Delivery dates are non-binding unless we expressly confirm them in writing. Partial deliveries are possible; we bear the additional costs for them.
In the case of dispatch, the risk passes to you as soon as we have handed the goods over to the carrier. If a consignment is visibly damaged, report this immediately on taking delivery, see Returns and cancellations.
Payment
Approved businesses pay by credit card, with EPS, with Klarna, via PayPal or by invoice. Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled as card payments.
If you pay by invoice, the amount is due within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction. In the event of default, statutory default interest under § 456 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) accrues.
VAT
We invoice deliveries within Austria with Austrian VAT. For deliveries to businesses in another EU country we invoice without VAT as soon as the conditions for an intra-Community supply are met. We check your VAT ID number for this in the EU confirmation procedure.
Workshops
Workshop places cost 390 EUR net per place and per date. No shipping costs are incurred for them. What applies to rescheduling and cancellation is set out under Returns and cancellations.
