Materea sells exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 1 UGB. Consumer transactions are not concluded through this shop, so participation in a dispute resolution procedure under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz) is not provided for. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025, so a reference to it is omitted.
