Shower tray Basic Shower

As a custom-made item up to 240 × 160 cm, made individually to measure. The shop has no fixed standard size, and the board can be cut to size anyway. Because every tray is made to measure, the page says “On request” instead of a buy button. We supply applicators: as an approved applicator, send us your measurements and you will get your quote directly from the team. Without account approval, the first step is “Become an applicator”.

In the centre. The Basic Shower is the shower board made of TechnoPVC with a central drain; its counterpart in the range is the Unico shower tray with an integrated linear drain. The trap holder holds the trap steady and brings the drain exactly into position. It is available for the central drain and for the channel.

Drainage components, adhesive and, before that, the waterproofing. The trap holder is a separate item. For laying, the shower boards section has the Mapei adhesive for shower trays in 5 kg or 10 kg, with consumption of approx. 1.4 kg per square metre and millimetre of layer thickness. In the Seamless surfaces workshop, we lay the board with 2K reaction resin adhesive. Before that, we waterproof the wet area, using sealing tape, inside and outside corners, sleeves at the pipe penetrations and 2K waterproofing compound. You order these parts individually in the shop.

T-Razzino, which we then seal. In the Seamless surfaces workshop, we first assess and prime the substrate, waterproof, install the board, apply T-Razzino and seal. T-Razzino 1K is ruled out for this: when fully cured, it is only splash-proof. With matt varnish 2K as a top seal, we approve T-Razzino 1K for wet areas in technical data sheet No. 110. Shower areas and bathroom floors are not included. T-Razzino+ 2K is an option, described in data sheet No. 202 for water-resistant, pressure-resistant surfaces on walls, ceilings and floors indoors.
